It is that special time of year that always creates controversy within the dance music community.
A few weeks have now passed since DJ Mag revealed their latest ‘TOP 100’ DJ ranks. We all know the score by now. Most of the highest-ranked artists are usually selected from an EDM background, and some have a strong marketing budget to play with. The list is always shared and questioned by the masses, but has an incredible reach!
What we do find interesting is the list of unlucky outsiders that didn’t quite make the elusive Top 100. The list is actually stacked with artists that would make most people’s top 50, let alone top 100!
We are interested to know your thoughts on this ‘Outsider 50 list’.
