Brick Lane is one of East London’s most famous streets. Independent fashion stores, brilliant bagel outlets and home to some of the area’s most well-known music venues.
Nestled at the heart of the street and within the Truman Brewery industrial holdings sits new London venue Werkhaus. The 300-capacity club launched pre-pandemic but has now decided to relaunch the offering in a post-pandemic world.
With a schedule fitting of the area’s rich history of music, top international DJ’s are scheduled to fly in during the opening period, which officially had the ribbon cut on September the 11th.
Upcoming events and shows at Werkhaus include performances and appearances from the likes of Conducta, Brame & Hamo, Sally C, Cromby, Holly Lester, Space Dimension Controller, and more.
Due to the March 2020 lockdown, the venue only managed to host a limited number of events before the forced closure.
A booming Funktion-One sound system gives the venue real frequency credibility, whilst the concrete pillars and exposed brick walls offer an authentic and industrial aesthetic.
Percolate & LWE have already been scheduled for collaboration as Werkhaus looks to emphasise quality over quantity, offering attendees the best clubbing experience possible.
