The movie world erupted last week at the release of the latest instalment of the Bruce Wayne chronicles. ‘The Batman’ may be one of this year’s most sought after movies, but it’s not just the caped crusader that has left viewers clapping.
Before the film was released, starring actor Robert Pattinson was reported to have made ‘ambient electronic music’ whilst on set. It was also revealed that the movie would feature a scene filmed at London’s iconic Printworks venue – or Bruce Wayne’s ‘Iceberg Lounge’, to die-hard DC fans.
In the lead up to the film, a leaked dossier showed the 14-track soundtrack to feature scores written by Michael Giacchino. It also showed a surprising set of featured electronic tracks, including additions from Patrick Topping & Kevin Saunderson, Peggy Gou, Alesso & more.
Outside of Michael Giacchino's soundtrack for #TheBatman , the music listed is mostly classical music, opera and electronic music.

Pairing with The Batman’s darkened gritty aesthetic, there is a clear link with underground electronic music, and we are absolutely here for it!
