Sonus Festival returns in 2022

Returning after a Covid-enforced two-year hiatus, Sonus Festival returns next summer from 21st – 25th August 2022 with its most alluring line-up yet.

Undeniably, one of the yearly highlights of the festival calendar in terms of electronic music spectacles, Sonus Festival is a premier occasion that always promises a slew of top-notch artists and unforgettable parties.

Earlier this week, the Croatian festival barged its way to the fore with an emphatic first wave announcement – featuring an unsurprisingly high-calibre list of names.

The mindblowing first wave of artists is made up of a pleasant mix of relative newcomers, Sonus debuts and returning world-class headline artists. Across five intense days and nights of musical mastery, festivalgoers will absorb the sounds of Ricardo Villalobos, Zip, KiNK (live), Michael Bibi, Giorgia Anguili (live), 999999999, Kobosil, Reinier Zonneveld (live), IMOGEN, Paula Temple, Amelie Lens, Sven Väth, Dixon, Loco Dice, Maceo Plex, Patrick Topping, Chris Liebing, ANNA, Rødhåd, Ben Klock, Jamie Jones, Sonja Moonear, Richie Hawtin Seth Troxler and many more.

Sonus is a collaboration between Time Warp and We Love Sound. World-renowned for being one of the most carefully considered Summer underground festivals, It always attracts an in-the-know and international audience of music lovers.

The highly anticipated eighth edition will go down across the lively Zrce Beach in Novalja, Croatia. It’s a naturalistic haven and untapped beauty spot with a rich array of local cultures and customs and breathtaking scenery, as well as plenty of more quiet locations to explore and enjoy between dancing.

Three coastal clubs Aquarius, Kalypso and Papaya, provide the locations for endless dancing, with world-class sound systems, open-air dance floors, lush sun-loungers and uninterrupted views of the calming sea and meandering coastline. Of course, you can also expect some famous boat parties for up close and personal parties as you sail atop the stunning turquoise seas.
