Mary Jane joins forces with Effin & Blindin for “That Feeling” on Deep Playa Records

Mary Jane is an up-and-coming Producer/DJ/Singer/Songwriter with a unique sound. She produces a blend of Synthwave, Electronica, Indie Dance, Deep House, Nu Disco, and Italo to Deep Tech.

Her career took off when she moved to Miami in 2017, and Mary Jane soon found herself performing at renowned places like Treehouse Miami and Do Not Sit On The Furniture.

Her first EP, “That Feeling”, was released with producer Effin & Blindin on Miami-based Deep Playa Records. It fuses House and Indie Dance, featuring a dark melody, deep bass, and an uplifting tone.

“Music is supposed to move you, not just physically but emotionally, spiritually, and it is supposed to give you a feeling. Whatever that feeling may be, I just hope to capture it the way it has made me feel, and hope to share it with you.” – Mary Jane.

The Synthwave-inspired remix by Effin & Blindin also led to an official music video. The clip has a classic 80’s Miami vibe. The visuals were filmed on vintage camcorders by Synbad Snow, following Mary Jane as she drives through the city and visits her favourite spots in an attempt to embody the Saturday night feeling.
