It was about time, London’s biggest underground event organisers, holding parties in the most unique and unusual locations around the capital, such as the Junction2 Festival, and exclusive promoters at Tobacco Dock, announce their partnership with VR giant Sansar, to bring an immersive new digital clubbing experience, from the comfort of our own sofas, TDv, Tobacco Dock Virtual.
Launching from April 2021, “TDv is the next step on our journey will pave the way for hybrid events within a fully immersive digital and physical space, providing a huge new platform to showcase music”, LWE’s directors Paul Jack and Will Harold said.
The world-class programme of DJs and event brands for the launch event include Adam Beyer, Sasha, Hot Since 82, Patrick Topping, Nastia, Skream.
Mr. Afterparty will host the Little Gallery inviting Riva Starr, East End Dubs, Lily Rivers and Siggy Smalls to play alongside residents Knowhat and Miky J.

Developed in partnership with Sansar, the world’s leading virtual live events platform, Tobacco Dock Virtual will recreate the iconic London venue in minute detail. Drawing from the traditional party experience, the shows will also offer a unique range of gaming options that amplify and enhance the experience. Pre-parties and after-parties will be happening around the main shows, introducing fans to robust live entertainment.
For the first time, Sansar is making their platform available on mobile, MAC, tablet, PC, or VR through the Sansar app or any browser, without need for specialist equipment, making it accessible regardless of age or location, and across a wide range of technologies and devices. The first shows will be free for all to attend by simply creating a free account online.
