Giles et Diego Release Charity Single in Aid of Ugandan Community

The latest single from French electronic duo Giles et Diego, ‘Dance Be Happy’, is out now and can be streamed and purchased on all digital platforms through CAN Music, courtesy of AWAL.

Giles et Diego and Robert Stephenson (who founded Climate Actions Now) have collaborated on ‘Dance Be Happy’. All proceeds from the track will be donated to CAN, which helps the Batwa community in Uganda, particularly in education.

“This project showcases traditional Batwa songs and dances infused with modern beats and sounds. In doing so, we aim to raise awareness, foster an appreciation for their rich heritage, and generate funds to support the community,” said Giles et Diego.

“Through our partnership with Giles et Diego, we have crafted a unique blend of traditional Batwa music with modern organic house soundscapes, creating a unique piece of art that transcends boundaries and connects hearts and dancing feet. ‘Dance Be Happy’ is not merely a song – it’s a beacon of hope, a symbol of resilience, and a catalyst for change,” adds Robert Stephenson.
