NYC-based GATTÜSO recently returned to Ultra Records with his new single “Out Of My Mind” featuring UK artist Jalja.
The track combines Jalja’s soulful voice with deep basslines and melodic sounds, creating an emotional yet danceable piece. The lyrics focus on the hardships of a bad relationship and seeking solace in a close friend.
It is GATTÜSO’s second single of the year, following “Feel Your Love” with Navos. With four Billboard Dance Radio chart appearances and over 500 million streams on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, and Deezer, GATTÜSO’s “Million Things” with Disco Killerz topped the Billboard Dance Radio Airplay and Mediabase charts, as well as being named “BPM Breaker” by Sirius XM.
In 2020, GATTÜSO’s debut on Ultra Records, “Walk On Water” feat. Kat Nestel charted on both Billboard Dance Radio and Mediabase. His collaboration with R3HAB, “Creep,” was the first official Mint Single in Spotify’s exclusive series and was featured on 40 New Music Friday playlists. He has toured extensively in North America at festivals and clubs and is currently a resident artist at Atlantic City’s HQ2.
Jalja is a UK-born singer and songwriter based in London, who released her first single, “Keep Your Love”, on Epic Records/Sony Music in 2022. She is currently recording her debut album, set for release in 2024. Her collaboration with Hosh, “Midnight,” has garnered over 60 million streams on Spotify and 70 million overall. Annie Mac selected it as “The Week’s Hottest Record”, and Pete Tong deemed it an “Essential New Tune” on his world-renowned BBC Radio 1 residency.
