Back in October 2021, we reported 1001Tracklists Top 101 Producers awards, which took place at ADE.
Now 1001Tracklists have provided us with a retrospective report from 2021. The 1001Tracklists community has demonstrated its power in the community. The numbers don’t lie with a record-breaking 6.8 million people having used 1001Tracklists, 69,000 tracklists uploaded with a 31% increase from 2020.
The most popular genre for the most DJ supported tracks in 2021 was Tech House on 22%, followed by Dance, House third and Trance in fourth with 9%.

The most DJ supported track across all genres was Acraze’s ‘Do It To It’ followed by Guz ‘Set U Free’ and Vintage Culture & Kiko Franco’s remix of Shouse’s ‘Love Tonight’ rounding out the top three. Another notable entry in the top 10 was the culturally apt Fred Again.. & The Blessed Madonna ‘Marea (We’ve Lost Dancing)’ at number six and Cloonee ‘Sun Goes Down at number eight.

Dutch record labels dominated the 1001Tracklists platform, based on the level of support they received from DJs, with Spinnin’ taking the number one spot, followed by Armada which took three spots in the top 10, Musical Freedom, STMPD Records, Revealed Recordings and Hexagon. While the two other spots were taken by UK based labels Anjunabeats and Toolroom Records.
