Carlo Lio & Nathan Barato – Girl Meets Boy [Rawthentic]

Toronto natives Carlo Lio and Nathan Barato, also known as ‘The Roaches’ are back with yet another solid release.

For those who don’t know, the two have been at it together for almost two decades – from their first show as a duo at the infamous Footwork in Toronto to creating music that has every dance floor rockin’ to touring the world together, Carlo Lio and Nathan Barato have become a staple in the underground music scene, hence their duo name ‘The Roaches’.

It was only natural that eventually, they would be heading RAWthentic together, which today is known as one of the top labels in the tech-house genre.

Nathan says:

“Girl Meets Boy came together really fast. It all kind of clicked just right. Carlo and I have been making tracks together for so long – it comes so naturally, and I love that. We need to make an album or something one day. We could see this track taking the roof off at an elrow jam. it’s busy and pounding, which always goes down well at elrow parties.”

Out on Friday 30th April 2021
