Anyma lands on Rose Avenue with the beautifully arranged ‘Claire EP’

Anyma is an alias you will be hearing a lot more about over the coming year. The Tale Of Us member has launched his solo project using ‘extended reality’ to ‘blur the lines between physical and digital worlds’.

Berlin-based Matteo Milleri is one half of the Italian production duo, Tale Of Us who are known for rewriting the rulebook for deeply moving, emotional electronic music. 

The story-telling artist has dropped his latest release of the project, ‘Claire EP’ on Rufus Du Sol’s imprint, Rose Avenue Recordings. The 3-track EP lives up to his project ethos and provokes a wonderful array of emotions through a classy production arrangement. 

The release marks the second in a three-part series of releases – following the widely acclaimed ‘Sentient’. 

‘Claire EP’ is an immersive experience. The EP as a whole encourages us to explore new realms in our consciousness. 

Anyma delivers a sparkling dose of indie-electronica in this chapter of the story. ‘Claire’ is packed full of haunting vocals overlaying a floaty and relaxing melody. The sole aim is to reach listeners’ souls. 

‘Forevermore’ continues the story. This track sends a modern trance sound with effervescent melodies and extremely subtle breakdowns. The sound sits between melodic techno and deep house as the connection between the two are breached seamlessly. 

Ending the EP is the beautifully arranged ‘Sonder’. A euphoric breakdown is the main play of this track as it wonderfully builds and drops into a driving deep house undercurrent. 

You can expect this release to be played on sunset strips throughout Ibiza for those special moments. Undoubtedly, you will find your soul oozing with feelings and mind blessed with a beautifully curated production.
